What is a kefir used mask for and when should it be used?
By regularly consuming traditional kefir, we take care of detoxifying the body. Proper functioning of our organism is also reflected in the skin. With a kefir face mask we add a touch of “eternal youth” that is extremely desirable. This special mask can be used at any time.
Can kefir be considered a beauty preparation that serves both inner and outer beauty?
Nutrition also plays a significant role when it comes to internal and external beauty. Detoxifying the body is a very important beauty and healing effect of traditional kefir and the antioxidants contained in traditional kefir inhibit the aging process. Lactic acid bacteria found in traditional kefir not only have a beneficial effect on our body, but also have a beauty enhancing effect on our skin, which can be achieved by using a kefir mask.
What are the possible combinations?
Exfoliating scrub for all skin types: traditional Krepko kefir in combination with olive oil and semolina.
- In a container, mix 1 part of each ingredient, apply to the skin, allow the scrub to be slightly absorbed into the skin, and then slowly rub it into the skin using gentle circular movements.
- Wash your face thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water. The effect: impressive purity that we can feel and see! Due to its gentle composition, the scrub is suitable for all skin types.
Refreshing mask for all skin types: traditional Krepko kefir in combination with grated cucumber.
• Adjust the amount of ingredients to the size of a cucumber, ½ cucumber and 2 tablespoons of kefir are sufficient.
• Use it immediately and you will feel the moisturizing and refreshing effect of the winning combination! Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
• Wash your face thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water.
Nourishing mask for all skin types: traditional Krepko kefir in combination with honey.
• In comparison to kefir, there should be a little more honey in the mixture to make the mask easier to apply to the face and body.
• Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
• Wash your face thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water. As a follow-up treatment, you can also use chilled camomile infusion, which has a refreshing and calming effect on the skin.
Mask for dry skin and skin in need of regeneration: traditional Krepko kefir in combination with egg yolk, honey and olive oil.
• In a container, mix one egg yolk, one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of traditional Krepko kefir.
• Apply the mask to your face and leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
• Wash your face thoroughly with plenty of lukewarm water. As a follow-up treatment, you can also use chilled camomile infusion, which has a refreshing and calming effect on the skin.
