Krepki suhec vegan kefir with coconut and pineapple flavour is made from pasteurised oatmeal drink and is lactose-free. It is a fermented vegetable drink made from vegan kefir grains and is therefore suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. It has a pleasant aroma and tastes like coconut and pineapple, while keeping the velvety freshness that is the main characteristic of traditional kefir. Vegan kefir grains are made up of a symbiotic mixture of lactic acid bacteria, yeasts, fungi, acetic acid bacteria and polysaccharides that have exchanged their habitat for a plant base.
